The goal was to make insurance relatable to a younger audience through a unique website feature blending short-form video content with the familiarity of streaming services. This approach demystified insurance concepts, presenting them in an accessible and engaging way. By leveraging insights from extensive research on changing consumer behavior, we aimed to shift young viewers' perceptions of insurance, using a medium they understand and appreciate to convey that insurance can be straightforward and approachable.
